"No change for the washer and dryers. They should always have coins for this. The older lady at the check in was not friendly at all. The floors were not swept."

"The room was clean, very spacious. We loved that there was a TV in every room not just the living area. Kitchen wasn’t needed by us but it was an excellent perk and had all the needed things inside of it. The staff was very friendly, always greeted and checked on when passing through. We didn’t use the laundry room, but we did use the pool. Could used more cleaning but overall loved it. The hot tub was also a plus."

"This was are 2nd time to this Hilton property and it did not disappoint. There had been remodeling done since our last trip & it was very nice. Love this resort and have booked another stay for October. You wouldn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want too. Plenty of amenities. Food is delicious! Wonderful breakfast with omelet and waffle and pancakes made to order along with an amazing buffet. Food at the other restaurants did not disappoint. Two large pools that never feel crowded. Plenty of outdoor seating. Ice cream & pizza available at pool area in assisting to outside restaurant. The resorts private beach area is large and close to pool area with a very short walk to the beach. Spa on the property has a. Umber of services. Room service. Laundry facilities. Valet parking. Upscale steak restaurant. Nice gift shop. Sushi restaurant. Indoor pool. Workout facilities. Best place to stay in San Destin or Destin. Love this place!!!"

"This townhouse had not been cleaned and was filthy. There was sand and dirt on the tile throughout and white paint chips on all levels. The refrigerator, microwave oven and stove all needed cleaning. There were painting clothes? left in the dryer. The furniture was of poor quality and the eating/dining table rocked and was unstable. The towels for quest use were old and raggedy.The townhouse HVAC system was designed poorly so that it does not warm the lower level in cool weather. This unit is in need of major updating and has no value as it stands. The homeowner if he plans to continue tom rent this townhouse needs the assistance of a,professional rental management company to maintain the unit, cleaning prior to guest arrival and after departure including changing bedding and towels. We would not recommend rental of this townhouse to anyone."
