「素晴らしいホテルです。 スタッフの方がどの方も親切で声かけしてくれます。 また笑顔で接してくれるので気持ちが良かったです。 他のホテルと比べるとスタッフの人数が多いと思います。日本語の話せるスタッフの方もいらっしゃったので助かりました。 お部屋も予約した部屋ではなくアップグレードされたお部屋でした。最上階のオーシャンビューでした。 夕日のプライベートビーチを散歩したりハワイアンの演奏と歌を聴きながら美味しい食事をいただき 朝は海を見ながらテラスでビュッフェをいただきました。お値段はハワイ島の中では高い方ですが それに見合ったサービスとロケーションです。 今回のステイは一生忘れないでしょう。 またいつか宿泊で来る日を楽しみにしています。」

「Pro: *Apartment is near the pool, easy for kids to go play at the pool and back. *Easy access to different locations in Hawai'i, we wen to North Kohala, Kona, Hilo, and Volcano. It is great when you need to go different places in the Big Island. *Basic needs are met. *Less than 5 min to the supermarket on Car. You can walk even to the supermarket. Cons: *Since no body really lives here, other than a basic needs, some thing you want to have does not exist. Such as, stopper for the bath tub,...

「Some of the several condominiums at Mauna Lani are lively with parties in various places every day, but this property at Palm Villas is quiet and perfect for spending time relaxing. I have heard by reputation that the rules are very strict, but everyone around follows them, and because of that, the peace and quiet is preserved. It had everything we needed, and was the perfect place to recharge our energy to explore the big island! Wake up slowly, eat breakfast while watching the birds, go out...

「We enjoyed our stay at this location. The Condo had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Would highly recommend this location. One suggestion, it would have been nice to know that beach towels, beach chairs, an iron, blow dryers were all included. These were not listed on the amenities list. Had we known, we would not have brought them.」

「The condo is very well situated near shopping, restaurants and sandy beaches. The space is nicely furnished with everything you’d ever need. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful large lanais and manicured grounds. Pool is pleasant. A few updates could be made but comfortable nevertheless. Staff was super responsive and very friendly. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. I would definitely recommend it to others.」
