フェアマウント ホテル

「窓際におそらく前の宿泊客の靴下が置き忘れられていた。」

「古い建物のようですが、汚さは感じませんでした。駐車場代がやたら高いのが気になりました。」

「Location was good. Some of the plugs were not working.」

「The room and staff was amazing! Location was convenient for what I needed it for. Definitely plan on staying here in the future.」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff welcomed me immediately. The room was very spacious, almost like a suite. In walking distance of the restaurants in downtown Richmond.」

「Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower. I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea.」

「Clean room; easy self park」

「ロケーションが良かった」

「One of the employees at the front desk was friendly and professional and the other was sullen. The employees at valet parking were pleasant and professional but the driveway often was backed up. Overall the experience was meh, more like a budget hotel than a boutique hotel. Cramped elevators, stuffy air in the hallways, uncomfortable lobby. Check in is at 4 PM.」

「Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!」
