「1st the positives, location 5*, we loved the access to the walking and bike trails, fantastic neighbors. Allowing larger dogs was a major draw. Andy the host was responsive to our concerns (we needed a new mattress, smoke detector chirp, and vacuum not on site) He was quick to respond and replaced the mattress (still needed a box spring) brought a ladder for the smoke detector and delivered a vacuum. 「The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The yard is fully fenced for pets. Nice view overlooking the Upper Truckee River. As for the house it is old! Don’t expect any modern amenities. The decor is old, nothing has been updated. Tile and grout , floors were clean but looked very used. Some may call it charm. Still looks like the 1960/70’s.
