Country Living in Cozy Luxury...Welcome long term renters and furry friends

  • Newly renovated private clean 2 bedrooms adjoining a new bathroom with its own private entrance from a second room. 14-50 NEMA Plugin for your electric car. A small coffee area. Mini refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Cuisinart blender, hot pad burner, heater, Air conditioner, Keurig coffee maker, and a pack and play. Almost everything you need in a kitchen minus a kitchen sink. King size bed in one room. A pool and newly landscaped backyard and patio with a BBQ is available to use. Owners live on the property and the rooms are attached to the house. Please be respectful and parties are not welcomed. Located 5-7 min. off Hwy 50 in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Harley friendly. Close to restaurants, golf, rafting, hiking, biking, skiing, museums, gold mines, casinos, and parks. It's 4.5 miles to downtown historic Placerville, 9.1 miles to Apple Hill, 64 miles to South Lake Tahoe, 54 miles from Sacramento, and 6.2 Miles to Coloma with wineries surrounding the area.
