Guests have full access to the home and the deck to the right with majestic views of the mountains and canyon.

Guests have a door code that is the last 4 of their phone number so they can enter anytime after 4 pm. Message on the app is preferred as it is monitored 24/7.

This is a rural property on a gravel road.

You will need a car. Ant Hill is a gravel road off of the main road.
Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process. Basically, leave the home as you found it.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.

Parking: Please park your car next to or in front of the garage. No parking in the garage.

Food Items: Please refrain from disposing of food in the garbage disposal.

Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off the AC/heater when not in the home.

Security Lock: The August smart lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Pets: If you are traveling with your pet, we want to remind you that it is expected that you properly clean up after your pet. Before checkout, please walk the property front & back and dispose of any waste in the outside trashcans. Do not leave pet waste for the housekeepers.
