「This is a hidden gem in a vintage building right in the heart of downtown St Pete. Restaurants, coffee places and other shops are nearby. Quick access to 275. Host provided good quality linens and towels. The space was clean. The bed was comfortable. Enjoy coffee on the walk out flat roof. Good value. 」

「Everything we needed. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches. The Private pool with this unit was such a nice bonus!」

「This is a perfect location! The accommodations are first rate and its a few short steps to the golden sand and refreshing waters of the gulf. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the loungers on the property, right at the edge of the sand. The trees provide natural shade. This is an oasis! Check in / out, totally seamless. Host is super responsive and supportive. We will be back!」

「Truly enjoyed our time. 」

「We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days. 」

「Perfect and safe location 」

「Good, would stay there again 」

「We had such a good stay here, I didn't want to leave! The place was super clean, plenty of toiletries and towels. Signs led the way to our parking and apartment, and there were instructions inside as needed! Rum cake was delicious, appreciated that and the gift card for a local restaurant. We ended up always having the pool to ourselves, the outside hangout areas were so nice. Wish we had a longer trip! We went to the beach several times, it's within 15 minutes of the listing. Plenty of stores...
