「To put it simply, the reception staff were rude. My flight arrived early in the morning at 6.30 am, and the reception staff treated me rudely, telling me I couldn’t check in until 8 am. When I went back to reception at 8 am, they told me my booking wasn’t on their system. However, as I’d made the booking on my Xperia, I showed them the booking confirmation to verify it.
