Hotel staff were very friendly and kind and made our stay so comfortable. One thing that was a little annoying was the floor that was partly not flat. Also shower head was old-fashioned. It would be much easier to control water volume and direction with a new shower head.

My first visit became very special thanks to this hotel and its neighbourhood. The hotel stuff are helpful and I especially liked their uplifting energy and smiles in the morning. The room was everyday kept really clean and neat, the AC controller was a little bit tricky sometimes, but since the weather was comfortable enough in this season I didn't mind. Great exterior and interior, lovely breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor and the best location to head out to the town centre...

The room was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water worked perfectly, so I didn’t experience the usual stresses you sometimes encounter when staying at hotels overseas. The hotel staffs were very friendly and courteous.
