"Staff and the room was fairly clean. There has been some water damage over the years that need to be addressed. The breakfast was a welcomed surprise!"
"Overall, great stay! If you get the chance to meet Joe, he’ll make your day, what a great guy! Wish the king sized bed room was a little bigger, but other than that, the stay was nice and in the heart of Times Square / Broadway. It was a very convenient spot to travel to both upper and lower Manhattan, especially walking to both MSG/penn station and even Central Park! Will hopefully stay here again."
"The elevators were out of service often, and there were a lot of crumbs in the room drawers. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was key. The 1 bedroom suite offered beautiful views of time square - esp 2701/2703."
