"The property was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and looked exactly as advertised in the photos and descriptions. From the grounds to the rooms, everything was well-maintained and inviting.
The staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only negative interaction we had was with the tour representative, who was very persistent and seemed unwilling to accept “no” for an answer when we declined the presentation. It made for an uncomfortable experience that could have easily been avoided.
Our butler was very sweet and pleasant whenever we interacted with him. However, we were a bit disappointed by the level of attentiveness we received. We often observed him going above and beyond for other guests, while our requests and needs didn’t seem to receive the same level of attention. While he was always kind, we expected a more consistent butler experience.
Despite those minor issues, the resort itself exceeded our expectations. The beauty of the property, cleanliness, and exceptional service from most of the staff made for a memorable vacation, and we would definitely consider returning."
