「Clean room and friendly staff. Lots of noise from the interstate and other rooms kept us and our dog up at night so location might not be the best」

「We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked.」

「We really enjoyed our stay and especially the babbling brook! The cabin had everything we needed and is spacious and comfortable. I do wish there were MORE hooks in the bathrooms!The cabin was a little too secluded for us, but it is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet.The host was responsive to our questions. It is the epitome of a mountain cabin.」

「We had a very nice stay at the glamping unplugged. It was super clean, very comfortable bed, and a really cool experience, especially at night. I’ve never seen that many fireflies at once and it was beautiful. I appreciated the fire wood, the fire place, and the camping toilet in the tent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were no towels as advertised and there were no instructions on how to use the charging box. We were unable to use the fans because we couldn’t...
