"What a perfect weekend getaway! The home was inviting, well stocked and comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to answer questions about the area and kept us informed as to when we could check in and was quick to respond to any random questions. We will definitely be back!"

"The host, Rick Hicks, was so understanding and hospitable. The accommodations were beyond belief. The area is quiet and surrounded by farm animals. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The only thing that was questionable, was just before we got to the cabin there is a sign that states, "this is a private drive, do not enter. " So someone may question if they would be in the right place."

"I've stayed in several hotels around Wake Forest University while visiting my child who attends WFU and this was my first at the Best Western. The Best Western is by far the best value. It's clean, customer service was pleasant and they have a nice free breakfast. This is right across from the Marriott which is about 40% more expensive - I noticed no difference in quality (both are quality options). This is my new hotel while visiting WFU."

"We loved this vintage apartment. The place was clean and orderly. The vintage fridge is so cool!! I loved the old-timey ice tray. It was literally a 5 minute walk to the museums and the shops. Once we got to Mt.Airy, we didn't use any gas until we left. We were so close to everything. The restaurants we dined at were delicious and all within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet, without all the hustle and bustle of the city. No dogs barking or police sirens. Everyone we came in contact with was so kind. Our host was great. Everything was ready and waiting on us for check in. Darryl answered any messages within minutes. We are already planning another trip and will definitely be booking this place again. This place was perfect for us. Id give this 10 stars if it was an option."
