「I do not like how they took the money 10 days before my arrival, even though when I booked it said "pay at property", that was ridiculous and I feel like some of my money should be refunded due to that. They did not have many breakfast items. The elevator was having issues when I arrived and the key machine for the room cards was not working. However staff there was pretty nice. I just hate that they couldn't do anything about the inconvenience they caused me due to taking that money so early.」

「Beautiful room overlooking the baseball stadium and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The two gentlemen gave us some great restaurant recommendations at check-in and made sure we had direction on how to get to the various venues. This will be our new go-to stay while in the Greensboro/High Point area!」

「Very clean and staff very sweet!」
