「The staff were helpful, the environment was clean, and the stay was generally peaceful with no disturbances. However, we were disappointed with the swimming pool facilities for families with children. There was no separate pool for kids, and the main pool was 1.3 metres deep. Surprisingly, the hotel had designated this pool for family and children's swimming sessions between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., which did not seem practical or safe. There were also no safety aids available, and no lifeguard...

「Lovely 2 night stay. Super Comfy bed which is a plus for those with a bad back or hip..slept so well. Spacious room even though we booked the smallest category. Wonderful rain shower. L'Occitane branded hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Quiet air con so was able to keep on all night without it being noisy. Window opens ever so slightly so lovely breeze comes in. We were there when the weather was +30 degrees celcuis. Great views of the Gorge and Clifton Bridge from the bar /pub...
