The general standard of the hotel was first class and the staff could not have been more helpful in every respect. The standard of food in the restaurant was so much better than the local restaurants and the offered a variation to suit everyone. I would find it very hard to fault this hotel.

Loved this hotel it’s really classy with lovely big rooms ( balcony) you have a wonderful view of st Helier also the spa facilities are awesome Breakfast was great lots to choose from the only thing I will say is the hotel is up a steep curving drive so a bit of a walk if your not fit

The property was well presented and very clean. Sauna, pool and gym were of a high standard. My suggest for improvement would be in the area of services particularly in the bar/ restaurant areas where guests should be made feel more welcome, staff offering prompt attention and advice when needed.

Stayed in main part of building. Rooms very clean but could do with some modernisation especially the bathroom. The lifts need some attention. The staff were very friendly and overall really enjoyed our stay.

First Time in Jersey

Had a 4night stay, everything was really lovely about this hotel from the food, our room, the spa and the staff were very friendly.Although the hotel was a little out of town it was easy walk into town but also good as the hotel put on a courtesy bus if needed.

Just got back from a 2 night stay in Jersey, for my wedding anniversary. Such beautiful hotel, we had balcony spa room it was super spacious. Lovely touch with the fresh flowers and a card congratulating us. Complimentary waters, coffee and towels were re stocked daily. The breakfast was lovely and the evening meal was delicious. Would definitely recommend Hotel De France.

Fabulous hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the prosecco, fruit and flowers in our room on arrival to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The facilities were fantastic and we made use of the lovely pool area. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and every member of staff we spoke to were friendly and eager to help. We would definitely return and would highly recommend it as a great place to stay around St Helier.
