This hotel is exceptionally well run and maintained. Rooms are comfortable, very user friendly and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and just great at what they do across the board from the second you step into reception. Great central location for accessing anywhere on the island.

The room was sparkling clean , the staff were amazing so helpful nothing too much trouble for them . Breakfast had everything to start the day , so many options. Bus station 2 minute walk across road and shops so close .

The hotel was very inviting with staff polite and excellent cleanliness. The Rooms were lovely again very clean and serviced well. The position of the hotel being central is near all public transport and shopping. I might also add the restaurant was exellent.

This property is beautiful. The facilities are excellent and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing that let it down was the cost of the evening buffet. This was a tad expensive for the experience.

Excellent long weekend stay, from the initial view of the outside, right through to check out, everything was first class. Every member of staff was very friendly, the food was good and room clean. Position of hotel is excellent, right in centre of St Helier.
