「James was a wonderful host ! Very happy with our stay ! Described property very well . Thank you James !」

「This home was amazing! Plenty of space, bedrooms & kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, tableware. Loved having the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and gas grill. House was clean. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing games especially twister. We loved the big dinning room table all 8 of us could sit together. Fire pit was a nice touch too! Thank you for sharing your home with us.」

「The access to the lake was deceiving. The path was overgrown and a couple of us fell on the way down. We drove the car around to leave. There wasn't really a path. it needs to be cleared out.」

「Everything was perfect! Quick response from host when we had questions. If you want a warm, cozy farmhouse, this is the place.」

「The house was immaculately clean, inviting, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The setting was exactly what I was seeking on lovely Kayuta Lake at the foot of the Adirondacks, easily accessible, and with a great view of the lake. The rowboat and screened in patio by the shore were a nice bonus. The rental price was quite reasonable and more affordable than many places on Kayuta and other Adirondack lacks. I'm going back to stay this fall. Thanks to Valerie, a great hostess.」

「Overall very pleased」

「We had a great time. Place was nice and beds were comfortable. Could have used a bit more storage in the kitchen cabinets and fridge as there were a lot of items left behind by previous guests. Host was quick to reply to any questions.」

「We had such a great time. We enjoyed our stay at your house and may be back in the fall.」

「Nice place to stay with our family and dog. Easy access to hiking spots and other outdoor activities. The lake was a perfect spot to kayak and swim. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「The Buddy Shack was immaculate, and we were left loads of little extra touches. Brandon deserves the title of Premier host.We especially liked the little history of the shack that was left as well as the comprehensive information that was in the booklet. It was lovely to sit out on the deck overlooking the lake. The barbecue was in perfect working order. In short, the venue was as described.」

「Very clean and new. Everything was great, the home and area are beautiful.」
