「The beds were ok.」

「Because Hampton Inn is our usual “go to” hotel when we’re on the road, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet in our room and the bathroom floor. Fitness Facility floor could also use a good cleaning Otherwise, standard Hampton Inn quality.」

「We got exactly what we wanted. A room with a beautiful view of the River and Bolt castle. The resort was very clean and well staffed. The only problem we had was timing. We got there a week late. Everyone had left and nothing was open. Maybe next year we will visit the castle. Alex bay is a ghost town after October 15.」

「Everyone was very friendly」

「The location was good except for a lot of traffic noise.」

「Yuck」

「The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful. We definitely stay there again if we happen to be the area.」

「This place had a 7.6 rating. I have no idea why. I was traveling alone & arrived at night. To say this place gave me the creeps doesn't cover how I felt. Even the Office was under lock & key to register. The owner was intimidating & the room was less than bare minimum. I will never go there again. The Royal was a short distance away & I wish I had stayed there. BEWARE.」
