「Great few days on the lake!」

「Had a lot of amenities and was good in that regard for the price but it was a bit dirty/musty and needed to be aired out.」

「Great property and great location!!」

「Perfect location in Bemus Point. Walking distance to everything! Highly recommend!」

「Beautiful home, perfect for a kids. Location was short, easy drive downtown to Bemus Point restaurants and stores.」

「A very pleasant stay here. It was peaceful and so nice to sit on the back deck!」

「Very cute, very clean, unique property. Owners were close and super friendly. We locked ourselves out (2nd door) and they were there in like 3 minutes. The property is a 2 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go in the very small town. We loved the covered porch and huge bed! If I could say anything negative about the property and it’s tough. It would be that I’m 6’ 255 pounds and the bathroom is a little small for me. However they have multiple units in the completely renovated 115 year old...

「The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. We appreciated the concerns expressed by our host Dana with my mobility issues, but everything went well.」

「Emily’s place was in a perfect location and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved the porch. The grill was nice to use as well. A few things to keep in mind- there is no AC. Luckily, it wasn’t terribly hot when we stayed, and the fans did help. This is a large home that has a downstairs unit as well, which was empty when we were there. If you stay in the upstairs unit, there are stairs you must use to get into the unit, and a set of steps to get to the bedroom upstairs. We loved...

「Beautiful home, and lake view was spectacular. 」

「Excellent facility and town (Bemus) with a touch of Norman Rockwell. Debra was the perfect host. It's my second time staying at 13 Merz. So close to the lake and shops. Looking forward to my next visit.」

「We stayed here for 4 days in July. The place was really nice. My wife and I enjoy fishing Chautauqua and this being centrally located on the lake makes accessing the whole lake easy. Boat launch is only a mile away. Good restaurants nearby and you can get to any shopping around the lake within 15 minutes. The place had most anything you would need on hand. Only suggestion we have for the owner is putting some sort of blind in the bathroom window. Thanks for having us!」

「The house was very clean, well stocked, and located on the water with a long dock for a nice view and easy boat access. A 2-minute drive to town with easy access to stores when needed. Grateful we were too that the A/C and fans worked wonderfully during super hot temps outside. The host was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a few questions and they’re doing a nice job of refreshing the house as newer owners. Our family had a great time including our 18-month old grandson and our...
