everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is incredible. Room service was top-notch. We did not even want to leave!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was professional, friendly and warm. I really enjoyed my stay the added perk a free shuttle that can take you around two miles around the city.

I loved this hotel. It's small, quiet and beautiful. The common areas are lovely for hanging out. Our room had a gas fireplace and so we were able to make it nice and cozy despite the cold. The bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and spoke highly of the owners. The owner communicated directly with me via text. I want to go back to Buffalo, just to stay at this hotel again.

I loved the hotel and location. However, my room was $219 a night and I was charged $299, w no explanation or receipt. I was also told parking in the garage would be free and was charged $20 to park. For $300 a night, I would think parking would be included. Valet parking was only $18 a night. Had I known I'd be charged $20, I would have done that.

I would higly recommend Fairfueld Inn & Suites Buffalo Amherst. They have Very friendly staff and the hotel is very clean in general. Not to mention the breakfast was always good and they have fresh apples and cookies at the front desk.

Great hotel but park attracts unsafe crowd

I grew up in Buffalo (actually Cheektowaga) and hadn't been back in 5 years. I brought my eight year old daughter along for her first Western NY experience (summer, not winter). Given health conditions of family members, we decided it was better to stay in a hotel during our stay. TownePlace was an affordable solution. Convenient shuttle to airport, great location for flight the next day

This place feels a lot like a newly renovated apartment. I was perfect for what me and my girlfriend were looking for. We live with our families right now so we got this hotel as a new years getaway, and couldn't of asked for a more perfect place. The highlight of the room is the bathtub... a large tub with jets is actually what we needed. I recommend this hotel!

The front desk staff was great. Any time you asked for recommendations or directions they would print a map and driving directions.

Clean, great location, good continental breakfast! Would stay at this hotel again.

The area around the hotel seemed a bit creepy. Plus it was a long secluded walk from the parking garage age to the hotel.

This hotel is within walking distance from the falls, but also just enough out of the crowd to let you have a peaceful stay. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff and easy parking on site. We left our car in the lot and just walked all thru the trip.

I like that there was a swimming pool that was clean and sanitized. The reception desk staff were professional and friendly.

The property was immaculate and the host were amazing!! The breakfast was delicious, we couldn't have been happier staying at the Butler House. Looking forward to staying there again when we visit the area for more hiking, walking and exploring!
