  • Newly upgraded Bemus Point home just steps away from everything! Leave your car at home and enjoy all that Bemus has to offer on foot. This includes great restaurants with waterfront dining, shopping, boat and kayak rentals, a coffee shop, a market with an outdoor ice cream shop, a local park with tables and grills, and a golf course. Minutes away from Chautauqua Institution. A short drive away are many other quaint towns along Chautauqua to explore, such as Jamestown, Lakewood, and Mayville. Lake Erie wineries are about 20-30 minutes away. Large back yard for games and gas grilling enjoyment. At night relax and roast marshmallows by the wood-burning fire pit. Many winter activities to choose from including skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, ice fishing, cross country skiing, sledding and much more.

Enjoying Chautauqua Lake!

Very pleasant well maintained home with all the amenities of home. Tastefully decorated. Huge back yard that you can relax in and watch all the activity on the lake. Centrally located so that you can easily walk to all the highlights of Bemus Point.

Amazing Location, Great House

You can see Lake Chautauqua from the backyard of this great house. We walked to restaurants each night; we didn't have to deal with any traffic due to the prime location.

Older, but nice house for a family

It was a nice place to stay and relax. The kitchen could use things like potholders and dish rags. Otherwise it is a great place to stay, clean, but definitely an older house.

The Blue House

We loved our stay in the Blue House. The welcome snacks and personalized cups were such a wonderful touch. All the rooms were clean and cute. The reed diffuser in the living area was amazing.

Blue lake house

Great night at the Blue Lake House. Beautiful updated home. Everything we needed was right there. Owner responded quickly to my questions. A very short walk to restaurants and shops. Loved our dinner at Splash.

Wonderful Property and Very Kind Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on this property. The house is absolutely adorable, clean and very spacious! We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! Kitchen was perfect for preparing food and the fire pit was great for a fall evening. A special thank you to Lori for her excellent communication and thoughtfulness☺️

Clean and convienient

House was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable, and local to the main downtown areas for walking. Due to age of the house, the bath and bedroom arrangement was a little different - had to walk through the bathroom to get to one of the bedrooms. Backyard with firepit was super nice for hanging out.
