Top Niagara Square Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center
10/10 Excellent
"Check in was great and hotel valet was very nice. For the size of the room (Jr. Suite) I was expecting a larger more modern bathroom, it was very small and compact. Hotel provided toiletries were very small, and we had to ask for more (3 day visit) with one teeny bottle of shampoo was not going to cut it. I was very dissatisfied that breakfast was $25 per person. While the food was good, it was the same every morning. I've stayed at cheaper hotels and had great breakfast that was included. Overall stay was great and food from the bar and restaurants were good."
"This is a beautiful well maintained property. The stayed in an updated Double room. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is spacious. There was a welcome letter with all the information you will need during your stay and delicious cookies! A comfortable robe and plush towels. All the staff was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee 👍👍. 10/10 recommend. Don’t forget ur complimentary cocktail! Will definitely visit again in the future."
"We had a great stay. In town for the Goo Goo Dolls concert. Staff was very friendly and hospitable, hotel was very clean, comfortable and well kept. Will definitely stay there again. "
