"Cozy, semi-rustic home within a short drive to town. Loved the fireplace and provided firewood. Also enjoyed the hot tub. As mentioned previously, the well water has quite an odor when showering, etc, but the provided water cooler was perfect for drinking water. Note, if you plan to watch movies, etc, be sure to take your own Roku, etc as there was not streaming availability. Enjoyed our stay! "

"You can not beat the location for ski in and ski out. The room are a little dated but Montreal issues, beds felt recently replaced an were very comfortable. The included breakfast was terrible. Think worse the. Hampton inn. Pretty sure the waffles were microwaved and as soft as…… other then that though, very goos"

"Exactly as pictured. So calm and peaceful. About 20 min to ellicotville. My only recommendation is to bring extra pillows and make sure you have a car that can make it up the gravel driveway. Really great stay. Very clean as well. Would come back!"
