「Just okay overall. Staff not friendly or inviting. I was told no real Easter celebration, such as Easter Egg hunt or Easter bunny for children, but then there was an Easter bunny. My grandchildren were excluded from The event or information was not accurate? I probably would not choose this hotel again. Certainly not the White Inn values from when I lived there with my children.」

「Staff was great and rooms need some updating. Breakfast was good and lots of seating. Pool area needs more chairs as people had to sit on the floor. I wish we had a room on the 4th floor as people above us were running in their room and it sounded like thumping. Kids were running down the halls after the quiet 10 pm time. I blame the noisy on the parents not enforcing the quit time. I forgot a toe with stuff in it in the room and the housekeeper took it to the desk and they called me which we...

「I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services」

「The room was decently cleaned, perfectly livable, but not exceptional. Some urine left on the bottom of the toilet seat, on the outside. Staff was friendly and great. Breakfast was good. The pillows on one of the beds were very flat and were folded over, and shoved into the pillowcase in a way to make them seem fuller, but it made them very short. Just seemed like they didn’t want to replace old pillows. No complaints other than that, we were comfortable and content! Great for a night’s stay.」

「The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...
