「Did not end up staying at the hotel due to the fact that neither the door or window latch and therefore it wasn’t safe to stay in. Also the hallway smelled heavily of pot and was not a place I felt safe to stay in. The staff was somewhat helpful, however, getting money back for a terrible hotel has been an utter disaster!」

「Friendly front desk, room was decent, beds comfortable. There were some cleanliness issues - hair - like a pile of hair - on the nightstand, but I just tossed it. No catch in the bathroom sink so I was sure not to leave any jewelry on the counter that could fall in. Coffee and breakfast were standard. Convenient and cheap for a quick stop to sleep on our road trip.」

「My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.」

「The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. 」

「The house was clean. But shortly after we arrived after a 10 hour drive we were hoping for some tranquility they started doing yard work near the house and mowing the lawn. The next day 4 strange guys started doing work in the garage around our vehicles and the house for a few hours. This was our second and last stay at this property. The host was rude in his response when I reached out prior to the review.」
