「The hotel is very dated and not as well maintained as the photos look. Furniture along the halls on the 3rd floor that were oddly placed. We paid £80 in addition to the stay, for the spa (price for a couple) and it was not worth it, it felt overbooked so had to wait to move between the facilities, floor tiles moved around the jacuzzi, food in the spa wasn’t great. 「部屋は広くて清潔で、快適なベッドのおかげで素晴らしい滞在ができました。 冷蔵庫もあり、空調設備も整っていました。 駅からは少し距離があります。周辺には何もありませんが、大型スーパーTesco Extraが近くにあります。また、町の中心へは徒歩圏内です。 3泊しましたが、2泊目の午後に一度ホテルに戻ると部屋の掃除やベッドメイキングは終わっていたけれど、下に置いておいたタオルがそのままで交換されていませんでした。 近くにハウスキーパーの方が居たので伝えましたが、なかなか来てくれませんでした。それでも1時間ほど後にようやく来てくれたので、新しいタオルを使うことができました。 朝食などレストランは利用していません。 レセプションスタッフは丁寧な対応でした。」

「前払いで宿泊代を支払ったのにチェックアウト時にまた請求された。 2泊したがルームカードキーは1泊でしか設定しておらず2日目は部屋が空かない。 備品補充なし。 ツインをリクエストしていたのにダブルだった。もちろん変更してもらった。 忘れ物をしてメールしたが2日前のメールのチェックもしていない。」
