「We were unable to reach housekeeping from the room phone, and even calling from a cell phone did not work. We eventually had to walk to the front desk around 7 PM, where no staff was immediately available. After finally locating someone and requesting towels, we returned to our room to find the towels left on the floor just inside the door. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the way the towels were delivered felt unprofessional and inconvenient.」

「The Inn was delightful and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Rose Suite, which was spacious and well appointed. Comfortable beds, terrific shower. The restaurant and some amenities weren’t available because it was late March so off-season, but the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was very good with excellent variety for continental. The falls are immediately past the Inn, an easy, short hike. 」

「Room one was fine until I got to the bathroom. The shower drain was broken and there was a huge wad of hair in the drain. The rust covered the tub and screws were missing from the hardware. I asked maintenance to come up and help and they rinsed the hair said the shower was fine and left. I asked to switch rooms. The next room smelled like mildew and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was covered in green slime. The THIRD room was okay except the mini fridge didn’t work. 」

「We stayed in the off season, and were pleasantly surprised at how great this property was. Perfectly situated between wineries and breweries. The room was clean and updated. Also- the bed was very comfortable. We will be staying here again!」

「The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit」

「The resort was situated directly on the lake, beautiful views! The owner/staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast served daily was prepared on the premises, individually for each person. Incredible meals! B&B located close to vineyards, restaurants, shops. Our kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath was quite spacious! Room was a bit noisy from neighbors but that is the nature of a bed and breakfast being a large home. The owner did offer to move us as well.」
