「Shabby room in desperate need of updating. The air conditioning rattles louder than the local train line behind the hotel making it difficult sleep and there is no ceiling fan to keep cool as an alternative. The furniture is stained, possibly with mildew. The bathroom has limescale, mould and a blocked sink. The bathroom towels were frayed and grey. The light switches had been weirdly painted over. Uncomfortable bed and bedding. The water is not drinkable, yet they only give you 2 small bottles...

「Very interesting architecture and tasteful interior design. Staff were super accommodating. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday on Sri Lanka’s coast.」

「everything was perfect」

「My stay at Heritance Ayurvedara was a truly wonderful and memorable experience. The Ayurvedic treatments were absolutely wonderful, and I felt deeply cared for throughout my stay. The doctor and all the staff were welcoming, kind, and always smiling. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel comfortable and at ease. The special dinner prepared for my birthday was such a lovely surprise and made my stay even more meaningful. It was a peaceful and happy week that allowed me to relax,...
