very greedy seeing foreigners for money only reminded me of bumrungrad in bangkok which also puts on a show but medical facilities not great

Room was excellent, food & drinks were great, staff exceptionally friendly and curteous. Hotel is a little remote, but that's the appeal - 20 min walk into the local town / beach, and 10 minute Tuktuk back up the hill. (Usually LKR 500 - £1.25 or thereabouts)
