Rooms were clean and okay sized for the price. Buffet breakfast had many options and the views were fantastic. The main annoying aspect was the lifts - the building has too many floors to be serviced by 4 lifts. It was quite difficult at times to get up and down. My feedback would be to adjust the lifts so they're dedicated to specific set of floors

Great location, beautiful views of the ocean, the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing, the staff really friendly and helpful, the hotel has everything you could need including a pool on the rooftop, a bar with a great view, a gym and the rooms are spacious and really well kitted out.

Beautiful modern hotel right along the shore. We loved our bath overlooking the city. The rooftop bar, restaurant, and two pools (one with a jacuzzi) were perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The Japanese-themed restaurant was also excellent. They even have a mini café by the reception, which is a great option if you don’t want a full breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Many thanks again!

Lovely hotel - beautiful rooms, friendly staff, stunning views. Food at the buffet was good and reasonably priced. Only recommendation would be to to respond to messages via the booking platforms as our request got missed (but rectified for a small extra price) at check in.

Breakfast was good. Bar/restaurant on the top deck was good with quite a few good staff members. Had to as for refill of coffee in the room a few times, but that is a minor thing. All in all pretty good !
