「Absolutely lovely staff. An older property showing its age a bit, but still very clean. Had some trouble controlling the air conditioner, which had contradictory instructions on the unit and the wall. But otherwise a very nice stay. Appreciated having quite a large fridge in the room.」

「This property is extremely outdated with little modernization. The room is small with outdated furniture, although the mattress was good. The room door only had a handle lock which opened with an actual key - no deadbolt or other locking feature. The auxiliary entrances were not locked or secured in any manner. Check-in took 20 minutes with a clerk who struggled with understanding 3 people checking in with 2 separate reservations. I am unclear if language was the barrier or if it was...

「Overall the stay was great. Staff is wonderful and the restaurant bar is our favorite stop for drinks before heading off to plays. We have used this property before and the location can not be beaten. My only issue is there was a hold for the full stay amount plus an additional $200 for room charges. Then on check out we were charged the room rate amount. It has now been 7+ days and the fairly large hold is still pending. It is frustrating to have to review and confirm the amount is still not...

「The Mercer hotel is located right downtown. The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable too! The restaurant attached to the hotel has a lovely patio with great food and drinks. I would definitely stay here again!」
