We had a lovely getaway! Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Beautiful property, quiet area and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the house wine selection as well. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing stay on beautiful surroundings. Sits nicely between Grand Bend and Bayfield. We will be back!

The beach area is nice and convenient. The vineyard and winery had great and informative staff. The gentleman that assisted us was quite kind and ensured that customers were content, the room is a bit dated however, that is to be expected in the area. However, some staff at certain times during our stay were not the most friendly, it was a bit confusing through communication about utilizing the microwave and other amenities.

Very nice Inn and enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation would be to heat the pool. The pool was very nice to look at but to cold to go in. I am sure most seniors would think the same.

It was a beautiful property. Very well taken care of and rooms were very clean. Lot’s of room for a nice walk in the vineyard and we even enjoyed a wine flight in the afternoon. The downfall was the on site restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday. Therefore, we ventured to Bayfield and had a nice dinner at the Goose and Gander. I also thought the breakfast service was quite slow and pricey for the amount of food but it was very good. I would absolutely recommend the Inn for a romantic weekend or a night out with friends.

Our recent stay at the Hessenland Inn was excellent. The room was perfect in every way. The staff were amazing, the restaurant meals were delicious! Thank you for another great break from our normal life.

The hotel is nice the private beach wasn’t what I expected. There were a large amount of stairs to the beach and no where to sit . The pool was cold and not the cleanest lots of bugs in the water . The staff and the winery lady were excellent!!

The pool is not heated which was the worst part. The weather was not great and it would’ve been ideal to let kids swim in the pool (one of the reasons I chose the inn) but it was freezing. It was a huge bummer. The restaurant was so expensive that a glass of juice was 5.00. One egg was 4.00. It was kind of shocking to see the prices. The grounds were beautiful.
