「The hotel is in a great location close to campus, parkland, and shopping, but it needs better organization and some updates to the rooms. The layout is quite confusing and the staff proved less than helpful on some occasions. It's not exactly a terrible place, but could be so much more.」

「This was our second stay at Hotel Metro. The room was very large and comfortable with a comfortable king bed, bathrobes and plenty of towels. Staff are very helpful. One downside is having to pay for parking in the garage across the street. ($58 for two days). We will stay here again if we visit London again」

「Nice and clean」

「Very clean and friendly staff」

「Was great Very clean and very comfortable bed Thank you」

「Beautiful place」

「Very friendly staff wish their phone number would’ve been posted because I would’ve got a better deal than going through Expedia」
