「Great shower, decent breakfast, and a very friendly front desk.」

「Good location. Sub standard when it came to cleaning. Mold in the bathroom area. Evening front desk staff not very helpful」

「Excellent place to stay in london with a pet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The elevator has been broken for some months, but there is a second elevator, albeit very slow.」
