「Perfect location for theatres and dining. Bruce was a fantastic host! A must stay!」

「2 separate fire alarms, with evacuation of room, due to bugs getting into the hallway. No overnight manager onsite to organize evacuation. Guest had to call fire department. Noisy and ineffective wall AC. Only one light in the bedroom. Poor quality soaps. Door did not shut properly, needs reshimming. No elevator to second floor. Positive side, room was large but no sofa/ side chairs. Room was clean. Management gave a partial refund for the very unsatisfactory night stay.」

「Positives: Room was spotless and spacious. Location was as perfect as you can get for walking to everything. Check in and out was seamless. Parking is across the street and enclosed, which was convenient and safe. The restaurant/below is always good. You could not hear a thing in our room from the bar. Negatives: The bed was very firm. No elevator. It’s only one flight of stairs but it was a bit much after a while. All in all, I would definitely stay again.」

「I really enjoyed my stay here! It was perfectly located for wandering around the local stores and it was around a 15 minute walk to Festival Theatre, which was the purpose of my visit. The room was clean and well appointed, with a few extras I wasn't expecting like a small fridge, plenty of glassware, spare blankets, a fan, and a fun whiteboard-type poster that people write on to mark their visit. I liked the quirky touches that made it feel more personal than a chain hotel. The parking spot was...

「Very pleasant - basic but with all the needed amenities. Really lovely location with large grounds, very peaceful, in a pretty town. No food services on site but a fridge in each room to bring breakfast or snacks in. Excellent coffee (I didn't check the tea) served in the morning. We took the minimum room available and it was fine. 」
