"Welcoming to pets and very clean"

"Beautiful hotel, great location. Had a very nice dinner and excellent breakfast in therestaurant. Room was mostly quiet. Excellent bed (king room corner). Super friendly staff in all areas. Love the atrium. Pool looked nice but didn't get a chance to use. Extremely clean room and all common areas. Will be back!"

"We have stayed at the London Homewood Suites multiple times and always came back because we enjoyed our stay but this stay made us think of searching for other options next time we are in London. The room was very worse for wear: torn furniture edges/seams, mended table leg, no lamp in the living area, missing bulbs and cover (no ceiling light) on the fan in the bedroom. The kitchen was not properly cleaned as we found a take-out container of rice in the fridge sitting in a puddle of water and a paper towel in the microwave. This one was definitely a 'meh' stay and not what we have come to expect."

"They had lots of great activities for the kids and the staff were great. We unfortunately, had a room in a stairwell and this made sleeping next to impossible. Not sure why they planned on putting a room in a stairwell, but not ideal whatsoever. Each time someone opened the stairwell door, it sounded like someone was trying to come into our room."

"Their entrance system after hours is completely bogus. You have to ring a bell after hours and so when I arrived at 2am, rang the bell, and no ring, no staff, had to wait in the cold for 20+ mins. Why can’t they be a normal hotel and have card entrance available? "
