"The property is very nice just needs a little more TLC. The house is missing a few items that people would need, specifically in the kitchen. The house furniture I think needs to be replaced, especially down stairs and could use a little bit more. The house is very charming and would stay there again. Communication with everyone was great. "The property was not nearly as clean as in the pics. Also, tho it says it sleeps six, there is not nearly enough cutlery or cooking utensils for 6. The BBQ was filthy and was full of gunk - tho we asked to have it cleaned, it never was, and trying to cook a full meal that was to have been grilled was a problem with only one small frying pan. The beds were comfortable, but had only a sheet a light comforter on each - no spare blankets. We couldn't get the inside fireplace to come on. We asked...

It has all you need for your stay, parking for 3 vehicles, spacious new patio, modern decor and the list goes on… I’ve Stayed here twice now and it does not disappoint. "The house was great--shiny and new, bright and clean. I was personally glad to have a bedroom on the main floor, since it's getting harder to do stairs, lol. The only complaint might be that there isn't really a dining room, but we made space to have the folding table and chairs up the whole weekend, because us old ladies like to sit around it at night, lol. It was tight, but we made do. Otherwise, great house!"

"We had a great time during our stay. The beautifully decorated house feels like a real home and is well maintained. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The pool was a big hit, especially for the kids and the lake is only a short drive away for some fun at the beach. Cassandra is a great host and easy to communicate with. "little trouble with communication to check in (part my fault) the basement suite has recently been refinished with new appliances etc. 2 nice large bedrooms. The floor from above is kind of squeaky but the people upstairs where very quiet. Location was great easy walk to downtown theatres Jobsite brewery (great place) overall would stay again. would give it 4 out of 5"
