"The staff was very welcoming, accommodating and friendly with our check-in and inquiries. The room was clean and spacious. Mamma Marie's was an exceptional experience! Food was delicious!"

"Breakfast was great. Lots of options, although we did have trouble with cream that had soured. Staff were quick to fix. Fairly clean - some garbage left on tables by other patrons that wasnt cleared off in the time we ate.
Exterior of hotel leaves some desirability. Main parking is at back, and its quite dark. Lucky to score parking spots outside our room."

"I was on the road early, so did not have breakfast l I did have coffee in the lobby. Very good, I forget the unique brand of beans. Parking was out front, steps away from the front door on busy Wellington."

- Experience downtown London's winter adventure with direct access to ski areas, luxurious rainforest spa showers, and a chic atmosphere.
"We've stayed at Metro many times. It's very convenient if you are seeing a Knights game. This time we had a room that faced inside the building (as opposed to Dundas Street). Room was comfy for one night but the layout of the room was a little strange. The bathroom drain didn't work super well. Minor stuff as this is a reliable place to stay in downtown London. We'll be back. "

"We could not have been happier with the choice of booking this hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming the room was clean and spacious sleeping was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit and the choice was very good the staff were very friendly and very helpful we would definitely recommend this hotel."
