「３週間滞在中、部屋の掃除が４〜５回来ない事が有りました。 隣まで来てるのに、なぜか一番端の私たちの所は忘れてしまったようです。 室内の椅子も汚れ染みがひどく、とても座れる状態ではなかったです。勿論変えてもらいました。TVもあったのですが、リモコンが使えなかったです。クレームを言って、４日後にやっと電池を替えてくれました。」

There were homeless individuals and people using drugs right outside the door, and there was human feces on the doorstep. The door itself...
