The king suite was perfect for our stay. The room description did not include the fact that there were TVs in both rooms and a half bath separate from the bedroom bathroom, which was large and modern. All of the finishes and decor top notch.

Late contact about check-in information, snarky responses to my messages when I was sent messages with no link and then partial links, no answer to questions on a fan that eould not shut off, and bogus charges for late checkout and not cleaning despite leaving more then 2 hours before checkout and following all check-out procedures. I tried calling both the cell and office numbers to no avail, with the only "voice" on the line an AI assistor. No responses to e-mails either.

The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway and they did not acknowledge it. The place was overall OK nothing spectacular but just very displeased with trying to get a hold of someone to get into the unit for three hours.

Great place to stay in Toronto! Large & clean rooms/suites; wonderful jacuzzi on rooftop; very enjoyable bar/restaurant in lobby; and the staff were amazingly friendly & helpful!
