Basic clean and friendly motel a little out of town. My only suggestion is to bring pillows. The ones they supply are a little small.

It was shiny clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The area was quiet.Great dining tip-nearby. Perfect! As a gardener-the trees could be pruned somwhat,so that the large sign is more visible.

Outward appearance is a typical motel with convenient parking at your room door. The staff was marvelous! Passionate advice about local activities including a recommendation to see a 2nd play which we did and loved it. The room was very clean and functional, much above "motel" standards. Only one complaint, a personal preference, wish the room had a microwave. Not a complaint, just a heads up: on arrival go slow and look for a small sign showing the entrance.

A nice older motel. Room had two standard beds, pretty squashed. Required driving to the Stratford Festival theatres. At $200 in October we felt it was not a good deal.

Although dated, we have stayed at the Swan before and it is just as good as always. It is spotlessly clean & the beds are comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous & the pool is kept sparkling clean. We understand that Covid-19 changed things but by now in August 2023 this excuse is no longer acceptable for why you don't offer breakfast. If you don't, thats fine, many hotels don't, don't advertise one, then you don't need an excuse when you dont have it. Easy as that. Its ok. You don't have to. (I guess I'm just getting tired of places using Covid as an excuse. Its over already.) The Swan isn't right in town but just a short drive away & worth checking out. We'd stay there again!

A 'hidden gem' in Stratford. The grounds a beautiful with lots of trees & flowers. Nice pool, with lots of places to just 'lounge around' amongst the trees. Unit was clearly well maintained and lacked for nothing. We certainly would come again should the need arise. Owner is 'on site' and easy to chat with!!

Grounds are beautiful, safe and peaceful. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room, in the old section (circa 1964), was spotlessly clean and bed was very comfortable, although there was only one bedside lamp. There was no good place except the floor to put suitcases -- we didn't want to risk scratching the desk or table. After a rain, our room smelled very musty all night, even with two windows open. Outdoor pool seems to be unheated, is largely in shade and even on a hot day was absolutely freezing. Still, our stay here had more positives than negatives!

I wish I could give it an excellent rating, because the location was lovely and the people were very nice. But, unfortunately, the air quality of the room was poor, like it needed a good airing out, and when we turned on the air conditioner, dirt came flying out of it and into the room. It made it tough for sleeping.

Very clean, simple, and comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Decor in the room was a bit dated, but I'm not sure that's an issue. Perhaps it just adds some charm. It was a good place to stay before seeing a show in Stratford.
