「West River House was a pleasant surprise. It has a hostel vibe. The room was clean and the bed / pillows are very comfortable. We were most impressed with the detailed instructions for everything including parking, shower use, check in and checkout. We enjoyed the balcony as well. The location was great for us as we came to ride bikes and enjoy Truckee Thursday. 」

「Clean well appointed rooms. Comfy bed. Solid AC and room was already at 67 when I arrived. Little patio with morning sun. Tea bag style coffee was different. Little hot tub (fits 4 tops). Didn't try the suana - not my thing. 」

「I had checked out this hotel ahead. they gave me a newly refurbished room, it was quiet and clean. Its a short drive to downtown. I didn't walk it but i believe you can. I was attending an event at navada fairgrounds in grass valley it was perfect just 10 mins. 」

「A gorgeous historic hotel centrally located to shopping and restaurants. The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent. We opted for the King Studio and had a nice sized room. Others in our party had small rooms with queen sized beds. We will definitely will return. 」
