We had a wonderful stay. Clean, well maintained, comfortable beds! The only thing I would improve is the breakfast venue that is included. Incorporate more in what is available. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Great place to stay. Welcoming atmosphere, great room (quiet), great food, and great cocktails. I was in town to see a show at the Center for Arts and it was super quick walking distance (less than 300 feet).

The Holbrooke is very beautiful place to stay not only to stay but to eat and drink and be married. I had a great time bar is immaculate. The room was particular. There was a wedding going on and the bar filled up afterwards. It was romantic and amazing. We checked in. I wish I knew her name but she was very sweet and nice and cute. I had a good time. I almost did not wanna leave.

What a beautiful hotel. Beautiful town with lots to do. Loved everything about it. The staff was very kind, professional, friendly. I guess I missed that it was a tv-free hotel but, we managed. Frittata and coffee each morning. GREAT brunch. Food there is amazing. Enjoyable bar down in the Lobby area. We will definitely go back.

Overall, The Holbrooke is a lovely place to stay, and I would happily return. My one complaint is the included breakfast. The only options are scones and a frittata, neither of which was particularly good. Both were quite dry. I think a simple selection of breads, pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit would be a much better alternative. After the first morning, I opted to go across the street to the café for coffee and a pastry instead.

I really dislike staying in the off-house. When booking make sure you’re in the main hotel. You cannot control your own air conditioning. It was hot. Dog hair on the couch. Stained carpets. Barking dog in a nearby room. Sink was clogged. Filled up when brushing teeth. Great parking. Love the regular hotel. Just don’t stay in the outhouse.

Lovely place to stay. I only had two complaints, one was that there was no place to charge my cell phone. My second complaint was that parking was sometimes impossible to find without parking block away on the street. I would stay there again.
