"Front desk personnel were so nice and friendly. Full breakfast served every morning was good, but they ran out of a few basics (butter, plates) halfway thru the weekend. And, nobody kept the eating area clean. Facility was clean but needs some maintenance and sprucing up. Room was large/clean."

"The room is brand new and updated, clean sheets and towels. Staff is accommodating and helpful. The only downside is no elevator. Putting you on 3rd floor is a bit struggle carrying your luggage. Otherwise excellent stay. "

"When we got there, we were to get a room with 2 queen beds and a couch. They gave us 2 queen beds and no couch. we paid extra for couch. the next day I talked to the front desk & they said since we booked through you, this was the best they could do and no refund on extra charges & in order to get the room we booked we would have needed to book through Best Western."
