"Grounds were sketchy. Elevator smelled like 10 unhoused people lived in it. Room smelled funny. Laid down in the bed and immediately jumped up, gathered my belongings and went to lobby to ask for a refund or another room. She was very helpful. Offered another room. Opened the door and was immediately hit by the unhoused smell. Walked out and went back to the lobby and told her I couldn’t stay in a place so disgusting. It was awful. I’ve NEVER left a place before. When I tell you it was awful, that’s an understatement. I left and felt like I needed to be disinfected. It was absolutely horrendous. Thankfully they refunded my money and I went down the road and stayed at a much nicer and safer (and clean) place for only a little more money."
