"When we had to leave a day early (for our own emergency reasons) the staff was so helpful and kind. The room was nice and the whole place was clean. The breakfast was a good buffet and restocked regularly. The room price, location and overall atmosphere here will keep people returning!"

"The manager was top tier, so nice, observant and considerate. He greeted all of the guests each morning and as they passed through the front lobby. He really made the place stand out as memorable. I give him a 10/10. The property was as expected for the price. The pool was cleaned daily but maybe not well enough because it was fairly murky. I’m not sure if that was because of the air quality and being near the highway or what. The pool is smaller in person than the photos let on. The room we had was carpeted and similar to the photos with carpets. I’m not sure if some rooms are being updated with those faux wood floors seen in the photos or what. The carpet we had needed more cleaning, it just seemed old, and sticky feeling. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent for a simple hot breakfast. Overall experience was 8/10 for my family."

"Honestly at first glance I thought this place was going to be bad..looked run down, nothing like the pictures. While I still believe the pictures were definitely AI edited, the place wasn't bad. I stayed in the middle area on the top floor. It was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfy. Slept well. Just note, if you plan on getting freaky with your partner the walls are thin and thank goodness the AC fan can drown it out, our neighbors were really loud!! The walk ways and the stairs are dirty and show their age. Honestly its just an old hotel that needs a bit more TLC as the paint really isn't enough. Linens could be cleaner, stains on sheets. A couple clean towels had hair on them. I tossed it aside and used other towels. I didn't complain as I had enough towels to use. Gran and go breakfast was better than thought..Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese muffins, fruit, yogurt, and juice. The office also has a bagel bar and coffee. Staff was very friendly and even filled my cooler with ice. Only 1 ice machine and its in the lobby. I may stay again, especially for the price."

"This was a great place to stay for a quick getaway to go paddle boarding with my dog at Lake Natoma and Folsom Lake. The room was sizeable and had a kitchen, and everything was nice and clean. I was able to park right outside my window which I appreciated, and I always like when you can open the windows to get fresh air. They had nice blackout screens as well. The shower head was mounted oddly so that was awkward but not a deal breaker. The free hot breakfast was a bonus. There are clearly some folks living in the hotel who are down on their luck, but everyone was friendly and I felt safe. The area is quiet even though it's also super close to the highway. I would definitely stay there again."
