"I normally do not give a bad review but from the moment we walked into the front office to check in, it was not good. The lobby smelled like a cat litter box and wet dog. The room was neat but that is as far as the compliments go. We had no hot water the 3 days we were there. The staff was notified and that was the extent of it. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the ceiling over the bed has water damage and part of it is hanging down. I wore my shoes the whole time because the carpet felt crusty. This place needs some serious work done or closed down."

"Staff was terrible from the get-go not enough training was very obvious, horrible customer service, and on checkout the guy had no idea what he was doing. I forgot his name, but oh my gosh wanted to charge me for parking and didn’t give me the right receipt. He gave me a receipt for just the parking the guy was all over the place. Breakfast area was closed."

"I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all"
