Beautiful weather, fun atmosphere. The students add excitement but you can get away from town for wildflowers and solitude!

I used to come here as a child to visit relatives when it was a small farm town. It has grown so much that I don't recognize it. But my relatives still have their nut trees and sheep so I'll continue to come until I have no reason to.

Downtown Chico near the college was very busy. Lots of upscale restaurants. The hotel is a short drive from the college. Trader Joe's is near by as well as some restaurants. We ate at a Vietnamese/ Japanese fusion place versus close by.
"We have stayed at the hotel three times now. It’s clean, comfortable and has nice amenities. It’s easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. The University is a short drive away too. "
"Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the parking lot. It's oddly laid out and some areas can be very cramped/difficult to maneuver. "
"My night check in manager Patrick did an excellent job getting me in my room fast and efficient not only did he help me get set up but also made sure that I had what I needed for my room The night manager Patrick did an excellent job and I would recommend him for any other position available as he would excel as a leader thank you Patrick for your attention to detail Steve Wilson"
"I have stayed here several times. The night staff (the couple) are very nice and accommodating and helpful. They helped me book a room in the middle of the night after several failed attempts thru Expedia, and they not only matched the prices they gave us the room for a bit less. Saved my daughter and I from not having a place to stay for that night. I will definitely stay there again. "
