"This was a perfect location near gas stations, highway, fast food and groceries. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property was quiet and perfect for a single lady traveling alone. It felt safe. No homeless or drug addicts hanging around. You will see them at the Redding city hall. There used to be a neat sculpture park there. I wouldn’t recommend visiting it now. It’s an affordable, safe and conveniently located place to stay in Anderson, CA."

The house was clean and comfortable in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Excellent for relaxation after a long day. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Would stay here again.
